Shipping & Returns
Your audio guestbook is delivered ahead of your event date to ensure plenty of setup time. Each unit is carefully packaged and fully tested before dispatch.
After your celebration, simply repack the phone using the original packaging and return it using the prepaid return label provided. We schedule return dates with buffer time to allow for courier delays, so there’s no need to rush.
Please keep the packaging safe and ensure the equipment is protected when sending it back.
